    Bloody HELL !!! if i could given a zero star i would !! the worst ever customer services i have received in the entire of my life so far !!! Not helpful at all. Yelled at me at the other end of the phone without letting me finish my words, WTH!!

    Worst embassy in the world. Please don't waste your time calling them. How many hours they work everyday? 30minutes? Different procedure and policy to deal with the same thing among other state embassy. Such a great shame! I would just put zero star if I can, one star is too much for them.
