    The DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS & TRADE in India does not help with trade complaints against Indian companies who cheat. Maybe the whole Indian Government does not care or it is too top heavy politically!

    Very poor visa service , Document won't load , Officer are very unfriendly .I have wasted hours in filing change of my residential address on OCI card But Website won't accept my photo.,Horrible visa website ,Though India is supposed to be IT hub But website VFS website is very poorly designed and Friendly.

    Outstanding service in terms of information provided regarding PIO and OCI. The person (who I couldn't get the name) went out of his way to provide me a detail explanation. Thanks heaps.

    It was great experience at the High Commission. Mr. Yogesh and Mr. Shokeen were really nice and helpful. Mr. Shokeen even responded to a call on his personal mobile number late in the night. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much for everything.
