  I am Brazilian but dealing with public service like this reminds me why I left the country. There is no telephone enquire, no one to ask that quick question before you travel. We, Brazilian in Sydney, always say that if you want to remember why you left the country, call the Embassy or the Consulate in Sydney. It's simply PATHETIC! Jeitinho Brasileiro com toda sua potencialidade.

  I had an email tag with the Embassy of Brazil and had help all along the way. This enabled me to upload my photos and electronic signatures for our visas and also with responses to my emails I have now been able to finalise all the relevant paper work to send off. The time frame turn around was within hours and not the expected 3 business days so you could not get better service. Thank you to our helpful staff member.
